The Kaleidscope was a dance club that opened in 1968 on Sunset Stiip. It was unique in the sense that it had a round stage which rotated - now that must have confused a few attendees who might have taken some mind expanding substances! None the less, they booked many of the best bands of the sixites and produced a very unique poster series done in a round format. Unfortunately the Club only stayed open for a littler over 6 months before changing hands and name. There are 20 numbered posters in the series, however no posters exist for number 11 and number 12. It is a great looking set and can still be put together with some patience. |
